"Les Chênes Napoleoniens"
Often trees are planted as memorials, to commemorate an occasion, a celebration or a "celebrity" passing by.
These two oaks stand in a round clearing in Burgundy facing each other, apparently in the middle of nowhere. Planted to commemorate the passing by of Napoleon Bonaparte nothing but the sign will tell of their origins.
